In 1999 a club originated on Narrabeen Lake with 5 members and a borrowed outrigger canoe. It was founded on the enthusiasm, passion and love of the the sport. 

 

As one of the original 3 clubs in New South Wales for outrigging, our knowledge has been gained over the past 14 years. One of the highlights in the beginning was gaining access to the ocean which required navigating through the nortorious North Narrabeen surf break which provided the weekly excitement. 

 

Current training locations are now throughout the Northern Beaches, Manly, Middle Harbour, Narrabeen, Pittwater the club has built itself to be a force to be reckoned with in New South Wales, breaking through the Queensland domination of the sport.  

 

The club now has members travelling from far and wide in metroplitan Sydney to train, benefit from the variety of conditions and to be a part of the strongest competitive club in Australia.
